Every great journey starts somewhere, and for SpudHouse, that place was Toronto.
What began with a simple passion for potatoes grew into something much bigger than we ever imagined. From serving our signature loaded baked potatoes and crispy tornado potatoes to meeting incredible people at festivals, markets, corporate events, and neighbourhood gatherings, Toronto gave us the opportunity to turn our passion into a business we are truly proud of.
Along the way, we learned that SpudHouse was never just about food. It was about the smiles at our service window, the customers who returned for their favourite loaded spuds, and the families and friends who came together over a delicious meal.
Toronto will always hold a special place in our hearts. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who supported us, shared our food, recommended us to friends, and helped make SpudHouse what it is today.
Now, we’re turning the page and beginning an exciting new chapter in Calgary, Alberta.
We’re bringing the same passion, freshly prepared ingredients, signature loaded potatoes, crispy tornado potatoes, and commitment to quality that started it all.

The Classic Loaded — Signature Spud
Oven-baked Ontario russet, cracked open and packed with aged cheddar, house queso, crispy bacon, sour cream, and fresh chives. The one that started it all.

Find Our Truck
The SpudHouse truck runs a regular circuit of Calgary spots, including Stackt Market, Evergreen Brick Works, Nathan Phillips Square, and corporate parks from Etobicoke to Scarborough. The weekly schedule drops every Monday morning.

Can’t make it to the truck? You can order SpudHouse online for delivery or pick-up across Calgary — Liberty Village, The Annex, Leslieville, Danforth, and surrounding neighbourhoods. Orders ship insulated and arrive hot.
