The Story Behind
Spud House
Toronto
Spud House started with a single truck, a Kensington Market pitch, and a very strong opinion about how a baked potato should be made. Today, we bring fully loaded comfort food to events, offices, and food lovers across Toronto.
Real Ingredients. Bold Flavour.
Toronto Made.
Where It All Started
The Idea
First Market Day
Growing the Route
Added Stackt Market and Liberty Village to the weekly circuit. First corporate catering booking. First time the tornado fries appeared on the menu after a customer suggestion at the truck window.
The Wrap Menu
Catering at Scale
SpudHouse caters its first 400-person event at a Toronto waterfront venue. First wedding catering booking. The Spicy Maple Chicken Spud was voted onto the permanent menu by Instagram followers.

Why the Loaded Spud?
SpudHouse belongs to the neighbourhoods and markets it serves. The menu has been shaped by feedback from Toronto since day one.
The SpudHouse Team
Head Chef
Operations Lead
Handles bookings, catering logistics, route planning, and everything that needs to happen before the truck window opens. If the truck is somewhere on time and fully stocked, that is entirely down to her.

What's Next for SpudHouse?
The original notebook is still on the kitchen counter. 23 build ideas in it have not been made into a truck menu yet. Twelve of them are ready. Follow spudhouse.ca to find out which ones make it to the top first. The community votes on every new addition, which is how it has always worked and how it will continue to.
The truck is out there. The spuds are loaded.
